Learning From Influential Women

We’re lucky to have Jenna as our Infinite Management Group President. She’s as hard-working and inspiring a person as you could imagine. Jenna takes her own inspiration from some of the most accomplished women in the business world. These top-flight leaders have had to overcome extreme adversity to reach the pinnacles of their professions. Like our firm’s President, they’ve done so with dedication, intelligence, and passion.

Facebook COO (and bestselling author) Sheryl Sandberg is one of the most inspiring women in the world. She’s shepherded the social media giant through some tough times in recent months, always with integrity. Sandberg figures to be a role model for future leaders for a long time to come.

Indra Nooyi, the CEO of PepsiCo, is another powerful woman we look up to around the Infinite Management Group office. Nooyi has helped PepsiCo gain market share on a steady basis, and is a perennial presence on Forbes Magazine’s list of the most powerful women in the world.

Virginia Rometty became the CEO of IBM in 2011 after putting in 30 years with the company. She’s the first woman to lead the tech giant, which has more than $100 billion in revenues. Another major tech CEO, Ursula Burns of Xerox Corp., inspires Jenna too. Burns is in the midst of reframing Xerox as a services business rather than a seller of printers and copiers. She’s taken the company into a broad range of new areas in the process.

These are just a few of the powerful women who inspire us. Follow Infinite Management Group on LinkedIn for more of our insights into influential women in the business world.
